Personalization of a name or monogram is offered at no additional cost. Please choose from one of the fonts shown in the listing photos  of there is another font you would like use, please reach out in advance so we can discuss and confirm options. To personalize please do the following

1. In the notes section during checkout enter your name or monogram EXACTLY as you would like it to appear
2. Enter your font choice. If no font choice is entered, I will choose for you based on what I feel looks best
3. Enter your decal color choice. If no color choice is entered, I will choose for you based on what I feel looks best
4. Double check all of this information before completing your purchase

All items listed as MADE TO ORDER give you the ability to pick your preferred style and size. You can also request customization on these products. Production time is on average 6 weeks for made to order tumblers. Allow additional time around the holidays. Please note that shipping timeframe estimates provided by USPS or UPS begin after this production time and are subject to chance. 

All items listed as READY TO SELL or RTS can not be customized nor can the size/style be adjusted. All RTS items will be fully inspected and cleaned prior to packaging and shipment to ensure quality. It takes an average of 1 week for RTS to ship. Please note that shipping timeframe estimates provided by USPS or UPS begin after this time and are subject to chance. 

This tumbler is sealed with FDA compliant UV resistant resin epoxy for a smooth and durable finish (if handled properly per instructions below). Please do note that despite UV inhibitors used, all epoxy does yellow naturally over time. I do also use an additive in my resin on all white & light colored tumblers. To help counteract this, minimize the amount of time your tumblers remain in direct sunlight.

• Vacuum insulated stainless steel keeps drinks cold 8 hours, iced 32 hours, and hot 4 hours.

• Car-cup friendly size gets along with built-in cup holders.

• BPA-free because that stuff’s not good for you.

To maintain the finish, your Personalized Tumbler should be hand washed only. Each tumbler is made by hand, so no cup is EXACTLY the same! You will have a one-of-a-kind tumbler that is as awesome as you! Take caution: hot beverages will remain hot for several hours

Directions for proper care to extend the life of your tumbler:

• Hand wash only and do so before initial use. Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine to clean. Do not place in dishwasher. Do not soak. 

• Do not place in microwave or freezer. 

• Do Not Leave In Hot Car For Extended Periods Of Time

• Do Not Drop (dropping could damage the seal and cause moisture to pool under design even when hand washed)

Due to the handmade nature of this tumbler, minor imperfections are unavoidable. I do my best to provide a near perfect product for you every time.
