Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery date shown by tracking. Damage determined by Silly M Designs LLC to fall within the responsibility of the purchaser will not warrant return, refund, or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued on physical items at the discretion of Silly M Designs LLC. Items which are received damaged and reported within 7 days may qualify. In certain instances, you may be required to return the item for inspection prior to refunding. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Items damaged in transit may require you to contact the shipping company to file a claim. In all instances photos will be required in order for Silly M Designs LLC to determine cause of damages.
If you feel your product qualifies for a return or refund, you can contact us at sara@sillymdesignsllc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
