Shipping policy

Processing time for shipping is 5-7 business days. During this time, all products are inspected, tested, and cleaned prior to packaging. Shipping and processing timeframes are subject to update based upon availability and season. 

All physical products will be shipped with tracking. Signature requests are not available. 

Once your package has been shipped and received by USPS, FedEx or UPS, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Silly M Designs LLC is not responsible for any delivery delays or damages that may occur during transit. If you have a problem receiving your package it's best to contact the shipping carrier as they will be able to track your package or assist you in filing a claim.
